Description
The Traeger Ironwood XL delivers premium wood-fired cooking with a spacious two-tier cooking area, precise temperature control and intelligent WiFIRE® connectivity. With 924in² of cooking space, it is ideal for large family meals, parties and outdoor entertaining.
Smart Combustion™ technology and insulated dual-wall construction help maintain consistent temperatures between approximately 74°C and 260°C. Super Smoke® Mode and the Traeger FreeFlow firepot circulate fresh smoke around your food for a richer wood-fired flavour.
The full-colour touchscreen controller makes the grill simple to operate, while WiFIRE® connectivity lets you adjust temperatures, monitor your cooking and check pellet levels through the Traeger App.
Two included wired meat probes help you cook accurately without repeatedly opening the lid. Once cooking is finished, the EZ-Clean™ Grease & Ash Keg collects grease and pellet ash in one accessible container for straightforward cleaning.
