Description
The Traeger Ironwood delivers premium wood-fired cooking with precise temperature control, smart connectivity and easy cleaning. Its two-tier cooking area provides plenty of room for family meals, slow-smoked barbecue and outdoor entertaining.
Smart Combustion™ technology and insulated dual-wall construction help maintain consistent temperatures from approximately 74°C to 260°C. Super Smoke® Mode and the FreeFlow firepot keep fresh smoke circulating around your food for a deeper wood-fired flavour.
The full-colour touchscreen controller and WiFIRE® connectivity let you adjust temperatures, monitor cooking progress and check pellet levels through the Traeger App. Two included wired meat probes also make it easier to cook food accurately without repeatedly opening the lid.
After cooking, the EZ-Clean™ Grease & Ash Keg collects grease and pellet ash in one accessible container. The P.A.L.® Pop-And-Lock rail and ModiFIRE® compatibility allow the grill to be customised with additional shelves, hooks, storage and cooking surfaces.
