The Fitness 1 Deep is more than a swim spa — it's a full aqua gym. Swim against the River Swim System, use the Swim-Assist Tether to train at any speed with minimal joint impact, work your upper body with resistance cords, and row on the built-in Aqua Rowing Machine. Everything is included as standard, and the deep design gives you more room to move.
