Showroom Sales Advisor

The Fonteyn showroom in Leicester is the UK's Biggest Outdoor Living Showroom, and it is where customers come to experience spas, swim spas, saunas, ice baths, garden furniture and barbecues in person. As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you are the face of Fonteyn and the first person customers meet on their journey to a better garden.

• Welcome customers and understand what they want from their outdoor space.
• Give honest, expert advice across the full Fonteyn range.
• Guide customers from first visit through to a confident purchase.
• Keep the showroom looking its best and the displays up to date.
• Work closely with the delivery and installation team to keep promises.

• A friendly, approachable manner and a genuine interest in people.
• Experience in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus, but attitude matters most.
• Confidence to explain products clearly and answer questions.
• A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

This is a full-time role based at the Fonteyn showroom on Meridian Business Park in Leicester. Some weekend work is part of the rota, with days off during the week.
